Have used both and i have to say, the Yun is a total winner over the RPi . Rasp doesn’t have WiFi for starters, and maybe it’s because i’m used to progamming the arduino, but using the Yun for Internet Of Things is the ideal board. my 5 cents :-)

From the latest product, Yun, Arduino STOPS providing EAGLE files (including hardware CAD files and the placement files) on the official website.
Arduino seems to try to become a company selling hardware all for profit.

The promises NO more extends:
“The boards can be built by hand or purchased preassembled; the software can be downloaded for free. The hardware reference designs (CAD files) are available under an open-source license, you are free to adapt them to your needs.”

If only it wouldn’t costs the double of an RPi.
